The Administration Services Credential Program prepares educators to become leaders in public school settings. The program works closely with school districts to provide experiences grounded in the real issues facing public school leaders. Graduates of the program often seek building level and district level administrative positions. Educators considering taking a strong leadership role within the teaching profession are also encouraged to earn an Administrative Service credential.
Admission requirements into the Administrative Services Credential program can be found on the program website. Additionally, the website above provides a downloadable program handbook that contains details information about coursework, fieldwork and candidate assessment necessary to obtain the credential. Note that courses from the Great Leaders for Great Schools Program (authorized by the CTC Experimental Standards) are equivalent to the existing standard courses and may be applied toward the credential and the M.A. Educational Leadership Subplan/Option.
