URP 472/472L - GIS Studio for Urban and Regional Planning (3/1)


Application of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) analysis methodologies to real world urban planning problems. Students will learn how to use GIS technologies in order to resolve urban planning issues and to support urban planning decision making.

Prerequisite(s): C- or better in URP 486/486L or permission of instructor.
Component(s): 3 lectures, 1 three-hour laboratory.
