FST 441 - Internship in Food Science and Technology (2-4) On-the-job training in the professional field of food science and technology. Potential experiences include: quality control and assurance, food safety assurance, industrial production, research and development, product development, inspection and regulatory activities and sensory testing.
Prerequisite(s): C- or better in FST 390 . Minimum/Maximum Units: Total credit limited to 4 units.
